Francis Allard | October 26, 2006 8:11PM Also in Quebec, the huge Montmorency falls. I know these well because my family has history with the waterfalls, in the really early 1900's, one of the year's biggest Catastrophies.
If you saw the little village right before the falls, and the last house before getting right to the house, my grandmother used to live there, and there was a landslide, relatives of mine got trapped, and my great grandmother actually slide from the house all the way to where the highway is around now.
There are newspaper clippings. It was tragic, but I am in love with these falls, they are georgous to photograph.
