1/640 / F14 / Av / ISO 200 It is always a challenge to deal with wide dynamic range when shooting open ocean. Sky is always much brighter than land or even water. In this case it was completely opposite; the sky was much darker than foreground elements. I thought it was quite unusual. |

The light is perfect. Full sun in the foreground with the blackness of a storm rolling in. Nice work.
Wow! The weather contrast here is so real I can feel those clouds pressing down on me even before the rain hits. Strange how, in reality, we can ‘feel’ a storm like that a’coming. Great shot.
Really cool image, as you say it's what makes it unusual that makes it so striking. The colour of the water is stunning. Did you achieve the wide dynamic range through using an ND Grad or through PP?
